AlloDerm® Regenerative Tissue Matrix storage requirements
Refrigerate upon receipt between 1 - 10°C (34 - 50°F). The expiration date for the product is recorded on the product container labeling as year (4 digits) and month (2 digits). The product expires on the last day of the month indicated. DO NOT use product after the expiration date.
Expiration date printed on the labeling is valid as long as product is stored refrigerated and in the original unopened foil bag.
If product has been inadvertently frozen or left out of refrigeration,
please contact Customer Support at 800-367-5737.
Due to variability of shipping and storage conditions, LifeCell does not accept returns. |
