PART IV - CONDUCTING BUSINESS GLOBALLY
All countries have laws that prohibit us from making payments or giving gifts or inducements to influence government officials or the purchase of our products. We will not obtain or retain business by giving gifts.
Employees involved in exporting our products need to be familiar with, and abide by, our policies and procedures, trade restrictions imposed by the U.S. and other governments, as well as anti-boycott laws, local and global import laws, and anti-trust policies.
We must obtain all required licenses and accurately declare all goods and documents we ship or hand-carry to customers. |
